[vtkusers] resize window problem

Hi all,

I tried to enlarge the rendering window by using the mouse to drag the
bottom right corner of the window shown up, the more I dragged it, the
more flickering( kind of like the window is shaking) the
window becomes.  I ran it on Redhat Linux.  Why is that so?  Is there a
way to fix it in the code?  Or is that normal behavior?
