[vtkusers] how to convert from imagedata to polydata?

hi, 
   I want to read slice data by vtkImageReader and change it to polydata.I have tried vtkImageToPolyDataFiter and vtkStructuredPointsToPolyDataFilter,but failed.how to convert from imagedata to polydata?
