[vtkusers] Maintaining logical zoom

I am currently using vtkImageResample to zoom in a volumetric data set.  I
resample in all three dimensions, and therefore change the number of
slices in each direction.  However, the mapper still displays slice #
whatever (e.g. 40), whose content changes as the volume is zoomed.  What
would be the best way to zoom about the currently viewed plane?

I have considered resetting the origin of the data or changing the
currently viewed slice when I zoom.
