[vtkusers] Print method output from Tcl script

Hi Chris,

If you print using a vtkErrorMacro (or vtkDebugMacro or 
vtkGenericWarningMacro) it will show up in the output window. Are you 
printing with cout or printf? I don't know if there is a way to get to that 
output.
