full vtk build on Linux

I just completed a full build (with everything but /local) using a nightly vtk
3.1 on Linux RH6.1, Tcl/Tk 8.3, Python 1.5.2, and JDK 1.2.2 and everything
seems to work fine.  I updated my page at:

ps. a nightly from a few days (or weeks) earlier had run-time problems with
vtkRenderer/camera
