Questions about vtkData and renderWindowInteractor

Would you please tell me where I can find a data file named 

/vtkfata/SampledPoints/cactus.3337.pts. I need this file to run an
examples code. Thank. 


I also have another question about how I can just use mouse to move one
actor and leave other actors at the same renderwindow unchanged. Thank you
very much.
