[vtkusers] AVS->VtkUnstructuredGrid Converter

Dear vtkUsers 

 I have this AVS input file rapresenting the ground of
Venezia's lagoon.
 Does anyone has an AVS->vtkUnstructuredGrid converter
in either C++ or Tcl ?
 Any suggestion on rappresenting this kind of data ?
