[vtkusers] GE MRI data file reader

Hi, vtk newbie here...

I'm trying to figure out how to read GE MRI data files into vtk. Bill Lorensen
was kind enough to suggest vtkImageReader since the GE files have a fixed
header. Unfortunately the data in this particular flavor of the GE format is
compressed. I know the compression format but before I start modifying the
reader to decompress it, I'm interested in seeing if anyone had done this
already. Any help MUCH appreciated
