vtkStructuredPointsToImage

<x-flowed>The architecture of VTK changed such that structured points is now a 
subclass of vtkImageData. The end result being that any filter that accepts 
image data can automatically accept structured points without a conversion. 
Hence we removed vtkStructuredPointsToImage
