<p style="line-height:1.3em;padding:0;margin:0 0 .7em 0">Tkinter is a good GUI toolkit, is cross-platform, simple to use and lightweight (as opposed to Qt), which is important for scientific users like me developing tools with graphics capabilities.</p>

<p style="line-height:1.3em;padding:0;margin:0 0 .7em 0">I know it is not very popular, but it only needs support and usage to gain visibility and expand its user base. Lack of support from important projects like VTK don't help in the cause, so it seems to me like a vicious circle.</p>

<p style="line-height:1.3em;padding:0;margin:0 0 .7em 0">So please, return the support for the widgets.</p>
