that converts all tests that depend on VTKLargeData for input<br>
to use the ExternalData content link approach instead.  This<br>
allows us to drop the separate VTK_LARGE_DATA_ROOT configuration<br>
and checkout of the separate VTKLargeData repository just to<br>
run tests.<br>

Please take a look and perhaps try it out.<br>
