Here is the latest change on the code. http://review.source.kitware.com/1080 I added a cin statement that is never used right after the warning so that the warning message stays on the screen until the user can dismiss the message. Is the vtkWarningMacro supposed to be captured in some kind of log or is this the best way to make the warning stay on screen during use?
Also, as far as I know that is not necessary - just use the vtkWarningMacro. Also, I'm still confused - is there nothing that can be done to write the data properly instead of just throwing a warning?
