When Mangled Mesa is enabled, the vtkVolumeRenderingFactory won't compile

due to some accesses of the vtkGraphicsFactory::UseMesaClasses protected

variable.  I'm not sure if this is a "in the middle of

development" bug or a "cut-n-paste" bug, but I've attached

a patch (both to this & the bug) that fixes it for me.<br><br>
