Hi,

I just experienced the same issue- the data does not render in the iOS simulator. I changed the CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE from MinSizeRel to Release and recompiled the ves-ios-simulator target, and the problem went away. I'm not sure why this happens, I'll have to look into it, but at least there is a work around.
Hi Pat,
Thank you very much for your precious information. I could successfully compiled and build the VES after removing that vtkFLUENTReader.cxx from the folder.
I could build the KiWi project for both the simulator and device. I am using Xcode 4 and IOS SDK 5.0. I still could not see the models in simulator but I could render them on real device. I tried on iPhone 3GS and it was OK. I don't know why I could not render on simulator but anyway it is OK since i can test on (armv7) devices.
This file is very large and it seems to be hanging the build for iOS devices with -Os enabled. If you try building again it should automatically fetch this new change and the build should complete.

After the build completes, try again in the simulator and on your device. Let me know if you continue to have the problem with data not showing.

Pat

On Fri, Feb 3, 2012 at 3:42 AM, Thiha Oo <thihaucsm@gmail.com> wrote:
