[Ves] New VES for Android configuration error?

With the use of cmake directly its better to execute something like the
following to set options.

cmake -DVES_USE_LIBARCHIVE=OFF -DVES_USE_CURL=OFF

This may not be exactly the right syntax as I have not tested.
