[Tubetk-developers] FLTK blank username/password checkout issues

Hi Jamie, Roland,

This patch will fix the blank username/password checkout issue I
discussed with Roland this morning:

Hopefully it gets merged, then we could bump the required CMake
version for ImageViewer.  Or, we could do the Github mirror like Jamie
suggested.
