Hi Wen,

The method does require quite a bit of support code.

We are going to make it available as an extension in Slicer (www.slicer.org).
 Perhaps that is the best solution for you.  It should be available in
January for download from within the Slicer Extension Manager.

If that delay is too long, the primary code is available at:
TubeTK/Base/Segmentation/itktubeRidgeExtractor.* and itktubeTubeExtractor.*
