If you have an image stack you can import them, and we have support for a number of volumetric formats such as TIFFs, HDF5-based. What form is the data in, and what kind of treatment does it require?</div><div><br></div><div>The image stack alignment tool would help with 2D alignment for example, if you marked the data set as a tilt series (you would have to supply angles).
