image rather than a Tomographic one from a phatom under certain angle. Is it possible to achieve this aim using RTK?</span></p>

Note that the original file is in Hounsfield units which explains the negative values in the projection images since, e.g., the attenuation of air is -1000 HU.</div>

<p>I think you need to ask a more precise question. RTK is primarily a tomography toolkit, but contains some pre-processing methods that might suit your needs.<br>
