<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>(Please use the mailing list)<br></div>Hi,<br></div>No, there is no post-processing option in RTK to rescale the reconstructed values but this is rather easy to do by adding an ITK filter such as <a href="http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1RescaleIntensityImageFilter.html">RescaleIntensityImageFilter</a>. There is no plan to add such options because I think the post-processing can be kept out of the command line tools.<br></div>Simon<br></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Sun, Sep 6, 2015 at 9:16 PM, peter conneely <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:pconneely020186@gmail.com" target="_blank">pconneely020186@gmail.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><br><div class="gmail_quote">---------- Forwarded message ----------<br>From: <b class="gmail_sendername">peter conneely</b> <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:pconneely020186@gmail.com" target="_blank">pconneely020186@gmail.com</a>></span><br>Date: Sun, Sep 6, 2015 at 8:07 PM<br>Subject: Pixel value and mha dcm conversion<br>To: Rit Simon <<a href="mailto:simon.rit@creatis.insa-lyon.fr" target="_blank">simon.rit@creatis.insa-lyon.fr</a>><br><br><br><div dir="ltr">Hi Simon,<div><br></div><div>I have used RTK to reconstruct elekta data on Rando man ( i am also gong to recon varian data in the future).
