There may not be a filter to control them.  But such options are found<br>
by clicking the advanced button (little gear icon) on the Properties<br>
tab:<br>

line width: Properties tab > Styling > Line width<br>
Edge Color: Properties tab > Edge Styling > Edge Color<br>
