<p class="gmail-p1"><span class="gmail-s1">I am writing a VTU xml formatted file for a finite element program. I’m trying to find the option to specify the component names in my DataArray xml tag. For example, in paraview instead of listing the tensor values 0-5, I would like them to say s_xx, s_yy, s_xx, etc.</span></p>

<p class="gmail-p1"><span class="gmail-s1">Does anyone know that tag to do this? I did not see it in the VTK manual.</span></p>
