<div>Like I said earlier, there is no guarantee that Delaunay will construct the tube you are expecting, but I would expect it at least give you something close. However, even if it does, it will be hard to see because it will be embedded in the larger volume.
Once you build the mesh it is treated like a solid block. </div>
