    The problem you're experiencing is not an issue of missing
    extensions, but rather a bug in ATI's driver. Projected tetrahedra
    is disabled when an ATI device is detected to avoid that
    bug(ParaView will hang). However it's not a big deal. because you
    can use the "Bunyk raycast" algrothim instead. After your data is on
    screen scroll to the bottom of the properties panel and look for the
    field "Select mapper", set that to "Bunyk ray cast", then change the
    representation to "volume".<br>
