<div>Your problems have nothing to do with the dimensionality of your data. Rather, the problem is that your file does not define any cells, only points. The render view in ParaView shows the cells, which are defined on points, not the points themselves.</div>

<div>To solve your problem, either add cells to your data or use the Glyph filter to create vertex cells. Change the Glyph Type to "2D Glyph", and then the glyph type of the 2D glyph as "Vertex".</div>
