I've created a couple of simple VTK files to test out but I'm not getting the results I expect when I color the set by the scalar value (see attached vtk file and png, test-2D). Specifically, the plot is not symmetric when the data set is.

<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Also, it seems that the order of the points in the grid section matters. By that I mean if I don't put the grid points in order of x as fastest running, I get a errors when displaying in paraview (see attached test-errors). Is this a desired effect?
