I think passing the through the Smooth filter make not much difference
its maybe smother but i have the same picture
take from a MR made to dicom format, the problem is that the spacing of
the dicom pictures is to big thats wy there are so many steps on the
surface of the modell. Just (if you can ) try another sequence of dicom
pictures.
