We depend on specific version of VTK and TclTk. To avoid the headache of debugging version incompatibilities, we make it very hard to use anything but included version. However, it is possible to use system hdf5. Set <br>PARAVIEW_USE_SYSTEM_HDF5 to on and set the hdf5 library and headers.
