<div>Hello,</div>  <div>&nbsp;</div>  <div>I have downloaded latest cmake and Paraview source code from Kitware website, and tried to install on x86_64 version of RHEL4U3. However I couldn't compile cmake successfully, it always report:</div>  <div><EM>[root@localhost]# ./bootstrap<BR>---------------------------------------------<BR>CMake 2.2-3, Copyright (c) 2002 Kitware, Inc., Insight Consortium<BR>C compiler on this system is: cc<BR>cxx is g++<BR>---------------------------------------------<BR>Error when bootstrapping CMake:<BR>Cannot find appropriate C++ compiler on this system.<BR>Please specify one using environment variable CXX.<BR>See cmake_bootstrap.log for compilers attempted.</EM><BR></div>  <div>Eventhough I tried to set CXX environmnet path to c++, nothing worked either.</div>  <div>&nbsp;</div>  <div>However the same source code can be compiled successfully on 32bit version of RHEL4U1. Similarly, paraview can't be compiled on x86_64 RHE4U3, but it can be
