Lionel,

There's indeed a bug there. A temporary workaround is as follows:

LoadDistributedPlugin("SurfaceLIC", ns=globals())
Disconnect()
Connect()

A fix for the issue is here:
https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/merge_requests/1898
I'll have it merged in before the next release.
