[Paraview] ParaView 5.4.0, Linux, Save Animation .avi bug

Many of my users are finding the .avi writer to be broken .  The cure for this is to close ParaView and delete your configuration files.  We are probably getting some strange state from previous versions of ParaView interacting with 5.4.0.   I will write up a bug, and help Kitware fix it for future releases.
