[Paraview] paraview superbuild on Win7 with ninja/vs2013/qt4/mpi

Hello Joachim,

I downloaded ninja binary from here: https://ninja-build.org/
and I'm starting ninja as well as the cmake gui from the Visual Studio 2013
cross-platform command line
