[Paraview] Plot over time at an xyz location

Is it possible to plot some variable over time at an xyz location?  For instance, if I have water flowing down a pipe, and want to plot the pressure as the water velocity increases one unit (i.e., cm) in from the edge of the pipe, how do I do it?
