[Paraview] [Catalyst] Ghost cells

Hi Menno,

Did you look at the http://www.kitware.com/blog/home/post/856 blog about
ghost cells? That has a good explanation of where ParaView is going for
improving ghost cell support in general. I haven't gotten around to making
a Catalyst example yet that uses ghost cells but hopefully someone can find
some time to do that soon with the changes to ghost cell support in
ParaView.

If you try a simple example and notice some unexpected behavior, please let
us know. Also, if you get something working and want to share it in the
Catalyst examples repo (
https://github.com/Kitware/ParaViewCatalystExampleCode) I would appreciate
it.
