[Paraview] ANN: ParaView 4.3.1 is available for download

Hello.

I still have a problem with the "merge blocks" filter in Paraview 4.3.1 
(see my attached picture) so I must stay on PV 4.1.0 if I want to use 
this filter.

I found this problem first in PV 4.2.0.( see all messages in 
http://markmail.org/message/fvatgidqbvnufgi6 subject)
It was said that this problem was related to the bug 
http://www.paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=15022  that is now marked as 
fixed, but "merge blocks" still fails.

I found also this problem in PV 4.3.0 RC1 ? Is the PV 4.3.1 version the 
same as PV 4.3.0 RC1 ?
