[Paraview] ParaView Web not compiling

FYI: the error I get is for the configuration I emailed with previously was:
[ 99%] Compiling Python package 'web'

This is for Python v2.6.8 which is the system version on Copper. I was able
to get it to build properly for a similar system (Garnet) with Python
v2.6.9, if that helps out.

Note that I think my full CMake options didn't make it in last time. They
