[Paraview] Building on Titan using ParaViewSuperbuild

That was a P.

When Mira at ANL ( a Q ) came out a few months ago, I briefly attempted to
port the xlc_bgp config into an xlc_bgq config, but got bogged down in
miscellaneous compilation issues and put it on hold.

It won't be that hard to do, it just takes a more time and patience than I
had at the time.
