[Paraview] mpirun and pvbatch crash with StillRender()

I am not sure what could be going wrong. Try changing
the vtkPVClientServerSynchronizedRenderers::MasterEndRender() and
vtkPVClientServerSynchronizedRenderers::SlaveEndRender()  function calls to
print the following before the assert(). Let's figure out what class type
is it using.

cout << __LINE__ << ": ParallelController: " << (this->ParallelController?
this->ParallelController->GetClassName() : "none") << endl;

The file is
<ParaViewSource>/ParaViewCore/ClientServerCore/Rendering/vtkPVClientServerSynchronizedRenderers.cxx
