[Paraview] Compilation problem

Thanks a lot John,

I uncheked  “use offscreen rendering for screenshots” and  the pre-compiled
paraview version does not crash anymore.

If anyone has any suggestions concerning the compilation problem, I would
still be happy to hear them (maybe, I will have to build paraview in the
near future)
