[Paraview] CFX-12 results files

Hi,

I have successfully tested the Ensight Format from CFX solver.
First, open the CFX 12 solver.
In "Tools" menu select "Export Results" to load your ".res" file.
Then choose "Ensight" Output Format.
You can keep binary files in Ensight Gold version it is well supported by
ParaView.
