[Paraview] problem getting pvserver to load plugin; possible connected error message (fixed)

My issue was solved by putting the client and server plugins into the
same plugin, then loading on both client and server. I had previously
given them two different names, which was the root of the problem even
if I tried loading both my client and my server plugin on both the
client and the server.

I still get the 'vtkServerConnection (0x15949e70): Server failed to
gather information.' error message on starting up the server, or
loading a file, which is annoying but seems to be innocuous. At some
point soon I'll look into it and post when I have fixed the problem.
