[Paraview] dxf to vtk

To my knowledge (and I would love to be contradicted, so please let me  
know if I am wrong) it does not. I usually pass via a third party  
software (in my case GRASS as  I use GIS in my work) where I first  
import dxf files with v.in.dxf into the native GRASS format and then  
export them with v.out.vtk.

GRASS is an Open source free software that you can find at the  
following website:
http://grass.itc.it/
