[Paraview] Branding: Active element w/o pipeline browser

Eric,

That's the beauty of custom apps :). Although ParaView doesn't not
allow the user the change the active source/filter by clicking on it
in the render view, in your custom app, you can surely employ the
selection mechanism to determine which filter was selected and then
make it the active one.
