[Paraview] Custom filter that contains a filename (Utkarsh Ayachit)

There isn't currently. But it should be fairly easy to add a "hint" or
something similar to suggest to the GUI which of the filename
properties is the "main" one. Feel free to add this to the bug
tracker.
