[Paraview] Testing CGNS reader with PV 3.6.1 and VisIt plugin

Richard,

Thanks for reporting the issues. The VisIt plugin that was released
with 3.6 is indeed in a very experimental stage. We do plan to evolve
it further to be more stable and easier to build/use.
