[Paraview] background colour in newer paraview versions

  In newer paraview versions the background colour always defaults to 
"default" although I change it. the old behaviour was nicer, it would 
choose the previous colour has default.

  I think I saw this filled as a bug in mantis and was hoping to see it 
fixed but has it didn't happen..
