[Paraview] VS 2003 .Net Install Project Troubles

I am trying to build ParaView 2.6 with Visual Studio 2003.Net and while everything builds just fine, the "Install" target does not do anything. Typically this used to copy all the needed files into the install location that was entered in the CmakeSetup program. Now nothing..

Anyone ever seen this? am I doing something wrong?
