[Paraview] build problems with tk3d.c (on linux)

with the ./configure / make procedure, tcl8.4.5 compiles flawlessly.
but tk8.4.5 didn't (and tk8.4.13 neither).
I get exactly the same error messages as with the building of the whole
paraview.
So the problem is realy with tk... but what is the next step to resolve this
?
