[Paraview] particle folowing

Hello all,

A result of my computation software is a list of points (X,Y,Z).
How can I see this result with paraview ?

- Must I write this result in another file ? if yes, which file type is 
directly load in paraview as a list of points ?
- Can I write in in my vtu file ? if yes How ?
