[Paraview] Compiling PV with Visual Studio 2005

Hi folks,

does anybody already got success in compiling PV with Visual Studio 2005? 

The compilation runs fine (within the IDE or with NMAKE -- I already tried
both methods) but when I try to run the binary produced I got an error
message related to "MSVCR80.dll not found". 

After looking for answers with Google I found a bunch of people getting the
same kind of problem with other applications but I haven't found any
solution effective yet. Maybe, I should try a "downgrade" in my Visual
Studio from 2005 to 2003 which always worked fine for me ;o)
